Since starting with Radfield in 2023, I have grown so much, both professionally and in my confidence. That is all down to the incredible amount of support I have received from management and the team around me.
I have been given numerous opportunities to expand my knowledge in care, and working in the day centre has really helped build my confidence as well. They have provided so many learning opportunities. Whenever there has been an area I wanted to develop in, particularly building team leadership skills or understanding how care plans and reviews are carried out, I have always been supported and given every opportunity.
It has been brilliant, and I thoroughly enjoy it.
