We treat our carers as a trusted family and we empower them to treat our clients with the same warmth and respect.
We understand, listen, and act as caring advocates, to support people in living their own, unique lives to the full.
We’re proud to stand out for the right reasons, by always pushing for the very best outcomes for every individual.
“I understand the difficulties facing the industry, as well as the amazing people in it and the difference they make every day to people’s lives. I aim to develop a better understanding of the Care Professional role in the community, so that they are seen as the skilled professionals that they are.”
Jason Hoffman - Owner/Director
At Radfield Home Care Fareham, Gosport & Warsash we are dedicated to providing the highest standards of care to you in your own home. We are committed to Be There for our clients, Care Professionals, and our community; helping our nation age well and remain connected to the things that matter most to them.
The office was opened by Jason Hoffman in 2022 with the goal of supporting their local communities with high-quality care services for older people living at home.
Radfield Home Care Fareham, Gosport & Warsash can support people with a variety of specialist medical conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, cancer and respiratory failure. We can also provide flexible care following an event such as a fall or hospital admission or to provide a family member respite from a caring role.
The available care packages are highly individualised and range from small weekly companionship-based visits, to large, multiple care visits throughout the day and night. Care may incorporate the latest in assistive technology solutions with our connected care range, or these may be used instead of care visits if someone isn’t quite ready for a person to support them. We can also provide end-of-life care to support someone to pass at home.
We invest heavily in training and supporting our Care Professionals to ensure that our clients and their relatives have peace of mind that their loved ones are receiving respectful and professional care. Our in-depth recruitment process employs only the most suitable Care Professional candidates.
We are also committed to being a Living Wage Accredited Employer paying the independently calculated Living Wage rate to all our Care Professionals. The Living Wage Foundation recognises and celebrates the leadership shown by Living Wage Employers across the UK.
