Radfield hits the road looking for exceptional people

Radfield Home Care Chester & Ellesmere Port has been on the road, attending job fairs to find exceptional people who can help the nation age well and remain connected to what matters most to them.

The fairs were a great opportunity for the team to connect with other local businesses and meet a potential new wave of Care Professionals.

Community and relationships; the heart of Radfield

Meeting people in our communities and building meaningful relationships is extremely important for a home care service. This is how we grow, meet potential clients and discover community partners that can help us deliver the highest possible level of care quality.

Julie Scott, Director and Co-Owner of Radfield Home Care Chester & Ellesmere Port said:

“We met a lot of people in similar situations, all looking for great staff to join their teams. We had the privilege of meeting some lovely people looking for a change in career or a new challenge.

“We love getting in and amongst our local communities at fairs such as these. Meeting fellow business owners and potential new Care Professionals is exciting and crucial for developing relationships that we cherish. There are so many benefits to working in home care, knowing you’re making a positive difference in someone’s life and we love opportunities like these to share with people how Radfield Home Care stands out and is different to other care companies.”

Exceptional care by exceptional people

We believe home care has the potential to transform people’s lives and our service supports older people to develop real relationships, meet friends and maintain their presence in the community.

Our Care Professional’s are chosen for their ability to be friendly and sociable as well as being good carers. They always encourage people receiving home care to engage in a community-based activity and support any of their clients to help them find something that suits their individual needs.

We really value our care staff and offer a career which includes a comprehensive induction, ongoing training and personal development. We also provide regular supervision together with practical and emotional support to ensure our high standards are maintained.
