At Radfield Home Care, we believe that the true value of services lies in our team. Our Care Professionals, who tirelessly deliver premium private home care across the Chester and Ellesmere Port areas, are the heartbeat of our organisation. This is why, as an extending act of gratitude and appreciation towards them, we launched an initiative where 10 of our Care Professionals were given the luxury of a relaxing massage by Mindset & Body Therapy.
Our one-day event, held on 29th September 2023, welcomed Tara Ryder, a respected expert known for her work in ‘Mindset & Body Therapy’. Our previous collaboration with Tara had enlightened our Care Professionals about mental well-being, and with this visit, our focus broadened to include physical health as well.
The experience was not only relaxing but also educational. We put emphasis on the importance of self-care and the need for mindfulness at Radfield Home Care Chester. The experience was indeed a great one which reinforced that at Radfield, we are more than just a team, we are family.
The outcome of this wellness initiative was extremely positive and satisfying for all involved. Our Care Professionals were thrilled and appreciative of the relaxing experience they received. One of them shared their joy saying, “That massage was so lovely and much appreciated, such a lovely little treat, thank you.” Yet another voice chimed in, “Omg that massage was amazing. I’m still floating in thin air. Thank you so much for the treat.”
Overall, it was a refreshing reminder of how essential it is for them to look after their own physical and mental wellbeing.
