The first yearly summer picnic of Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley took place at our office facilities on July 24, 2023. Despite an unexpected downpour, no amount of rain could dampen our spirits. In true Radfield spirit, we shifted our plans indoors, maintaining a festive atmosphere filled with fantastic food, joyous celebrations, and heartfelt connections.
This event personified our deep foundations in the area, reinforcing our commitment to fostering a sense of community through quality home care services in the UK.
Our aim as a premium private home care company stretches beyond offering essential services to our clients. We are dedicated to creating memories, building friendships, and reducing isolation. Clients got the opportunity to socialise and even form new friendships. One client, S.H., expressed gratitude remarking: “It was nice to make a new friend. Thank you to Thinny (carer) and her husband for bringing me.”
This only testifies to the power of care combined with connection that our team strives to promote.
In addition to fun interactions, the picnic event was a great platform to applaud our Care Professionals’ hard work. We awarded Dementia Awareness Certificates and one-year service awards to exceptional carers, highlighting their dedication in offering outstanding home care services.
Newly joined Care Professionals, Natalie and Shola’s words summarised the atmosphere perfectly, “This is great! So pleased to have joined Radfield Home Care Barnet and Finchley, everyone is so warm and friendly.” Even our clients appreciated the gesture with client RP saying, “Thank you for inviting me, it was nice to see you all.”
A moment of delight was topped when we threw a surprise birthday celebration for our director/owner Po, making the event even more special.
