We understood Sheila’s needs beyond their tangible aspects. We realised her need for companionship care as she navigated isolation due to decreased mobility. After analysing her requirements, we meticulously crafted a plan specific to her lifestyle, health, and unique needs.
We matched Sheila with a Care Professional she was comfortable with, and it was heartwarming to witness their rapport grow over time as they shared many heartfelt conversations over cups of tea.
Our care was not limited to in-house support. When Sheila faced issues with her home’s maintenance, we took upon ourselves to source a reputable local electrician to fix a fallen kitchen light. This quick action reflects our proactive approach when it comes to attending to the well-being of our clients in every aspect of life.
To ensure that every Care Professional is equipped with the necessary client-specific information, we utilised the access care planning app. From health and well being, to hydration to Covid 19 guidance, every required factor is updated and tracked via this software. We also ensure safety measures like providing a bath/shower thermometer to all clients who require personal care assistance.
Our efforts reflect in the substantial change we observed in Sheila’s physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. Her family commended the excellent care provided by Radfield Home Care Barnet, and Sheila, in particular, looks forward to every inviting interaction with our team.
