Cousins Lisa and Jennie awarded Havering’s New Business of the Year 2018

After just nine months of trading, Radfield Home Care Havering & Brentwood, is delighted and proud to announce that it has been awarded Havering’s prestigious ‘New Business of the Year 2018’.

Cousins and owners Lisa and Jennie attended the ceremony at the CEME Enterprise Centre, along with their registered care manager Natalea and office manager Andrea. It was a night filled with glitz and glam, with a gorgeous three course meal and a live band playing until the early hours.

Jennie explained, “When our name was announced as winners we were in shock! We all went up to collect the award and felt so emotional that Lisa was in tears. We were overwhelmed to have won the New Business of the Year Award. We feel very proud and are very grateful to all our carers and clients, and the immense family support, which keeps us going.

All the businesses were assessed not only for their financial success, but also their ties to the community and their plans to continue bringing in business to the borough in the future. This is what has made us so proud to win the award – on the night, the judge explained that we had won because of our excellent client and carer retention rate, our fast growth and our impact on the community that we had made at such an early stage.

It has been an absolute honour to win the award. We have been featured in the Romford Recorder, on billboards throughout the borough and in the Living in Havering Magazine. It’s really incredible to have all our care teams fantastic work rewarded and to reinforce to our clients how proud we are to care for them.”
