The Milton Keynes office was established in 2020 and is currently owned by Jamie Harris and Rebecca Hancock, who wanted to establish a high-quality caring service for older people living at home.
Radfield Home Care values its care staff and offers a career that includes a comprehensive induction, ongoing training and personal development. We also provide regular supervision together with practical and emotional support to ensure our high standards are maintained.
Radfield Home Care also believes in embracing the latest technology to support our carers in the field and to provide an efficient service. By doing this, our management team are able to respond quickly and effectively to ensure the wellbeing of our clients remains at the centre of what we do.
Radfield Home Care Milton Keynes, are Dementia Friends Champion’s. A Dementia Friends Champion is a volunteer who encourages others to make a positive difference to people living with dementia in their community. They do this by giving them information about the personal impact of dementia, and what they can do to help.
We are also committed to being a Living Wage Accredited Employer paying the independently calculated Living Wage rate to all its care professionals. The Living Wage Foundation recognises and celebrates the leadership shown by Living Wage Employers across the UK. Radfield Home Care ensures that carers stay the full amount of time with clients and their travel time is not taken out of visit times.
