Shrewsbury-based Radfield Home Care has received good or excellent ratings across its entire customer base in an annual survey conducted to establish levels of satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Dr Hannah MacKechnie, Director of Radfield Home Care, said: “As an organisation, we are committed to continually enhancing and improving the service we provide, which is why we regularly provide our clients and their families the opportunity to feedback on the care they receive, and rate the service as a whole.

“We are absolutely delighted with the outcome of our latest survey, particularly as it is the sixth successive year that we have received such glowing testimonials from our clients, with 100% of respondents rating us good or excellent. This result demonstrates the expertise and professionalism of our dedicated team, who provide such high levels of care, and also reinforces our decision to continue to invest so heavily in the careful recruitment and training of our team.”
