Caring for our Carers with a well earned summer soiree

We are so proud of the amazing work our Care Professionals do every single day. It takes a special kind of person to be a Care Professional, kind, compassionate and patient. Our Care Professionals are going above and beyond to help our clients all the time, but for them, it’s just another day in the office.

Sometimes you need to take a step back to truly appreciate the fantastic work they do every day. Rain, snow, wind, they show up. Heatwaves? Yea, they show up during those too. This last couple of weeks have been particularly challenging for everyone, including our Care Professionals.

A real summer treat

The heatwave felt like as good a time as any to get everyone together for some down time. We know that at times, care can feel quite lonely as generally the Care Professionals are working solo. So, this year we decided to throw a summer soiree so that all of our Care Professionals could enjoy a BBQ, a few drinks, play some games and have a good old natter.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing Care Professionals.

  • Reward its care teams with transparent and fair wages for hard work and commitment for providing exceptional care to its clients

Creating a supportive and inclusive culture is at the heart of the Radfield ethos and we take pride in what we do. We understand that in order to deliver the best care possible, our Care Professionals need to feel valued and supported in the workplace, so that’s exactly what we do!
