We were delighted to welcome the Ormskirk community to a heart warming festive Christmas dinner at our monthly Social Wellbeing and Living Well Hub this December. As a trusted care provider offering personalised home care in Ormskirk, we are committed to helping people stay connected to the relationships and experiences that matter most. This event was a lovely reflection of that commitment.
Supported by the generous team at Toby Carvery Ormskirk, the gathering welcomed around thirty guests, including people living independently at home, residents from independent retirement living, and individuals supported in care homes. Our aim was to provide a warm and welcoming space where conversation, companionship, and festive cheer could be enjoyed together.
Guests were treated to a beautifully prepared Christmas carvery crafted by chef Simon and the hospitality team at Toby Carvery. We extend our appreciation to Sophie, chef Simon, and the whole team for their kindness and support throughout the afternoon.
The atmosphere was lively and full of conversation, with residents from Courtfield Lodge also joining us alongside their Lifestyle and Wellbeing Team. Guests enjoyed sharing stories and spending time together. One gentleman was particularly pleased with the meal and returned for a second serving, bringing smiles across the room.
