Charlotte is at the very heart of Radfield Home Care Brentwood & Basildon as the Registered Care Manager. Devoted to maintaining the highest standards of care, Charlotte supervises the smooth running of the office in compliance with CQC regulations. Her role also includes leading the team in shaping our service to be safe, caring, responsive, and effective.

Throughout her career, Charlotte has shown immense dedication to the care sector. Joining Radfield Home Care in September 2017, Charlotte’s stellar work ethic and unwavering commitment quickly propelled her upwards through the ranks. Starting off as a care worker, she was elevated to the position of Field Care Supervisor within a few short months in January 2018. Less than a year later, she earned promotions to the role of Deputy Care Manager.

Charlotte’s vast experience spans working with a diverse array of individuals ranging in age and condition. Her qualifications are equally impressive. She possesses a level 3 diploma in health & social care, a level 3 award in education & training, a level 3 teaching & assessing accreditation, and a level 3 learning and development accreditation. She’s also currently adding even more academic achievements to her collection.

Charlotte is deeply committed to offering top-notch care that ensures safety and comfort for all individuals. Equally important to her is providing robust support for the care team. Having served in agencies and settings, she knows first-hand the challenges and rewards that Care Professionals encounter daily. Her profound understanding equips her to offer comprehensive support that addresses both professional requirements and personal well-being.

Charlotte tells us what inspired her to join the care sector:

“My main inspiration is my Uncle. He was a paramedic and I always enjoyed his stories. I would see him as a hero when he was in the local paper or when he was in action at the scene of an emergency. In 2012, he passed away. He received a service funeral from the London ambulance service and it was in that moment I knew my calling was in care.”
