At the heart of Radfield Home Care are a selection of advanced software solutions. Franchise Partners are provided with full access and training on the use of these systems, which include:

Documentation & storage software

All documentation is carefully managed allowing for real-time collaboration and document sharing. All documents have tiered access for Franchise Partners, care managers, and office staff. All resource content is kept up-to-date and is version controlled.

We monitor your documents for compliance issues and help to keep you in line with CQC requirements. Our document solution also enables video conferencing and weekly video meetings with your Business Performance Manager.

Digital staff management

At Radfield, we use a care rostering system to make the production of rotas and the management of care staff as efficient as possible.

Processes unique to Radfield

We have created our own bespoke forms and processes that work with the PASSsystem. These cover client reviews and Care Professional management and also allow for spot checks on carers to ensure client safety and quality of care, to assist in controlling risk in the business.
