At Radfield Home Care Wycombe, Beaconsfield & South Bucks, we take great pride in being an active part of the local community. Summer 2025 was filled with fantastic opportunities to connect, celebrate, and share what we do with the people around us. We’re excited to highlight three wonderful community events in Wycombe, Beaconsfield and South Bucks that truly reflect the spirit of connection we value so deeply.
One of the most colourful and meaningful events we attended this summer was Wycombe Pride. Held on 23rd August, this vibrant celebration of diversity, inclusion and equality was a joy to be part of. The event brought people together from all backgrounds and we were honoured to show our support for the LGBTQ+ community.
At Radfield Home Care, we’re proud of our own diversity as an organisation. We celebrate individuality and are committed to supporting both our clients and Care Professionals needs and life choices. Being part of Wycombe Pride reflects our values of respect, inclusion and compassion, not only for our clients but also for our team.

Just two days later, we joined the 163rd Hazlemere Fête, a long-standing community event full of local spirit and togetherness. The sun was shining, the atmosphere was buzzing, and we were thrilled to be surrounded by local businesses, charities and volunteers, all working together to keep the community spirit alive.
We had the pleasure of handing out over 250 gift bags, hosting a competition to win three wireless speakers, and speaking with many local residents about the care services we offer at Radfield Home Care. Congratulations to our three lucky prize winners!
It was a wonderful day full of meaningful conversations and connections. We feel incredibly honoured to be part of such a supportive and welcoming community.

Our final highlight of the season was a visit to the Bourne End Community Market on 13th September, a charity-run event that never fails to impress. Organised entirely by volunteers, this market is a brilliant showcase of local talent and passion, with stalls ranging from fresh meat and bread to homemade cakes, crafts and more.
Set across two rooms filled with artisan stalls and handmade creations, the market gave us another chance to engage with local residents, raise awareness of the support we provide, and enjoy the friendly and vibrant atmosphere.

These events are a reminder of how lucky we are to serve such a dynamic and caring region. From Pride celebrations to traditional fêtes and local markets, we are constantly inspired by the people, stories and organisations we meet.
We remain committed to being visible and involved in our local area, sharing our mission to deliver high-quality, dignified home care in Wycombe, Beaconsfield and South Bucks.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hello or supported us in any way this summer. We look forward to seeing you at future community events in Wycombe, Beaconsfield and South Bucks.
