Recognising Excellence: The Be There Award

At Radfield Home Care in Wycombe, Beaconsfield & South Bucks, everything we do is driven by a simple but powerful promise: Be There.

This promise shapes how we care for our clients, support families, and work as a team. It is more than just words, it is a shared commitment to help people stay connected to the things that matter most in their lives.

To bring this promise to life, we created something special: the Be There Award. This award celebrates the outstanding work of our Care Professionals and shows our appreciation in a meaningful, personal way.

What Is the Be There Award?

Launched in January 2025, the Be There Award recognises Care Professionals who go above and beyond in delivering exceptional home care in Wycombe, Beaconsfield and South Bucks.

It is rooted in our core values and built on the belief that when we are truly present – for our clients, their families, and each other – we create care that transforms lives.

The award is part of our wider effort to build a strong, values-led team that does not just deliver care, but makes people feel seen, supported, and valued.

How the Award Works

Each time a Care Professional receives a compliment from a client, a family member, or a colleague, their name is added to our Be There recognition board.

We display the names and photos of our Care Professionals alongside the Be There values letters. As they collect acknowledgements, they move closer to completing the full Be There journey.

Once they reach the final letter, E for Empowerment, they receive a personalised Be There trophy as a symbol of our appreciation for their consistent compassion, professionalism, and hard work in providing home care in Wycombe, Beaconsfield and South Bucks.

Celebrating Our First Be There Award Winners

We are delighted to announce the first winners of our Be There Awards, revealed during our Autumn Team Meeting. Our dedicated Care Professionals have been working hard to achieve all the milestones within the Be There recognition programme, and we are incredibly proud to celebrate David Tavender and Manan Nisar as our very first award recipients.

Their commitment, compassion, and professionalism truly reflect the values of Radfield Home Care.

We are so proud of David and Manan’s achievements and want to encourage all our Care Professionals to continue their fantastic work and strive for future Be There Awards. We are already looking forward to our Winter Team Meeting, where we will be announcing even more amazing and well-deserving winners.
