We treat our carers as a trusted family and we empower them to treat our clients with the same warmth and respect.
We understand, listen, and act as caring advocates, to support people in living their own, unique lives to the full.
We’re proud to stand out for the right reasons, by always pushing for the very best outcomes for every individual.
“I started my career as a family care worker before a career change into finance. I have spent the last 15 years in finance with a focus on mentoring and coaching my team, graduates, apprentices and other colleagues to explore and reach their full potential and goals. I will be bringing this positive approach to all of my care family to make sure our clients receive the best possible service.”
Karen Knapp - Owner/Director

Our services are delivered without compromise and we are committed to Be There, helping our nation age well by remaining connected to the things that matter most to them.
The office was opened by Karen Knapp in 2022 with the goal of supporting their local communities with high-quality care services for older people living at home.
Today, Radfield Home Care Epsom & Leatherhead, provides expert care services that can support individuals affected by medical conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, cancer, and respiratory failure. Our team can also help people get out and about with companionship care and trips into the community. We deliver bespoke care packages – from weekly visits to extensive multiple care visits during the day and night – tailored to suit your unique needs. We also have the provision for end-of-life care for those preferring to spend their final days at home. We use the latest technology to feed information back to our office in real-time so any issues can be dealt with by our dedicated office team immediately. Loved ones may also access up-to-date information on the care plan via a dedicated phone app.
