We are delighted to share that we were recognised at the Palliative & End of Life Care Awards, where we were Highly Commended in the Palliative Care at Home Provider category.
Being named Highly Commended amongst so many exceptional organisations & individuals from across the sector is an incredible achievement, and one we are immensely proud of.
This recognition reflects the compassion, dedication and professionalism of our amazing team, who go above and beyond every single day to provide outstanding care and support to our clients and their families during some of life’s most difficult moments.
Find a spot on the South Lawn and unwind to the sounds of live jazz in the beautiful surroundings of Polesden Lacey. This relaxing afternoon of music is free with normal property admission and is perfect for enjoying with family and friends.
The Conservatory Club, run by the Mid Surrey Dementia Care Trust, is a welcoming day club for people living with memory difficulties or early dementia.
Men’s pit stop is a friendly weekly peer support group where men can talk openly, share experiences and support one another in a safe, confidential environment. Led by trained volunteers, the sessions help build resilience, reduce isolation and remind men they’re not alone in facing life’s challenges.
Enjoy a ‘holiday at home’ with three days of fun and entertainment.
Each day will begin with coffee and a biscuit, you will then get an opportunity to choose an activity to take part in (this may be a talk or an activity).
Then a tasty two course lunch and go on to enjoy an afternoon of sung entertainment.

From awards evenings to exercise classes & sunny outings with ice cream, it’s been a busy month! We’ve enjoyed music in the park, refreshments in the sunshine, and some lovely moments with our clients – including admiring a beautiful handmade portrait of their much-loved dogs!
