Radfield Conference

Every Spring, the Radfield Home Care group meet for our Annual conference in Birmingham. This year we celebrated our office winning 10/10 Review Score from Homecare.co.uk. We are ranked 6th out of the 2,087 Home Care companies in London.

The conference gives all the Radfield offices from across England a chance to connect, network and learn from leading industry experts. There were a mix of speakers from across the Care industry and Adam particularly enjoyed the thought provoking talk from Dr Jane Townsend OBE, CEO of the Homecare Association.

A huge thank you to our amazing team, whose hard work and dedication make a difference to so many peoples lives every day.

Highams Park Spring Festival

On Sunday 17th May; we started our outdoor event season with the fantastic Higham’s Park Spring Festival raising money for the Samaritan’s, a charity close to our hearts.

It was a great community day, with fun for all the family, including a Classic Car Show and a Shire Horse display. Not forgetting some amazing local businesses, crafts, fantastic food and treats!

Community activities

Our Creative Art & Wellbeing Workshops are continuing to thrive with both a blossom & May pole watercolour scenes at our regular monthly workshops.

We also run fortnightly seated exercise classes including a meditation and refreshments at Poets Place in Loughton with more seated exercise classes coming very soon.

Team news

We have been busy training more new Care Professionals to join our growing Radfield family. This includes 2 days in person training and online modules.

We celebrated Alex our Live-in Care professionals 2 year anniversary with us and we were so happy for Tia to pass her probation and gain her care certificate, she was poorly at the start of the year so we are glad she is happy & well.
