Join us for our second annual Dementia Information Day at Shrewsbury Town Football Club, on May 17

At Radfield Home Care Shrewsbury & Oswestry, we know how challenging it can be for individuals and their families to navigate the maze of dementia. To help answer some of the many questions you may have, we are delighted to host our second annual Dementia Information Day on Friday, May 17th, 2024, at Shrewsbury Town Football Club.

Bringing together local dementia care organisations

We believe in the power of community and shared wisdom. Our Dementia Information Day serves as a hub bringing together 38 organisations and charities specialising in dementia care from all over Shropshire. They will provide you with valuable insights, practical advice and, importantly, understanding support. Our Care Professionals will also be available throughout the day to answer any questions and offer their expert advice.

Dedicated to improving dementia understanding

Our team at Radfield Home Care is driven by a commitment to helping the nation age well. Our annual Dementia Information Day forms a critical part of this mission, acting as a platform for promoting awareness and improvements in dementia care. We are especially thankful for the support of our sponsor, The Dementia Service, a national organisation committed to improving early dementia diagnosis.
