I know, I know – a “year in review” email landing in your inbox in January feels like showing up late to the party.
So rather than just rattling off what happened, I want to show you why it actually matters to you.
People just like you took the leap
2025 brought new faces into the Radfield family. Different backgrounds, different motivations, but they all made the same call: this franchise could help them build the kind of future they actually wanted.
Two of them were kind enough to share their stories:
Dalvir, who launched
Radfield Home Care Slough, Maidenhead & Windsor, spent years as a Chartered Accountant before making the move. Like many partners, his family’s own experience trying to find quality care was the push he needed to take action. Not by volunteering or donating – by building a business that delivers the care he wished had been there when they needed it.

But the biggest news of the year? Rob Dancy joined the franchise.
If you’ve been following these emails for a while, you’ll know Rob as the person who used to write them – Radfield’s former franchise consultant who spent years helping others find the right opportunity. After seeing hundreds of franchises up close, he decided to become a Radfield franchise partner himself, launching in
Tarporley & Mid Cheshire.
When someone who knows the franchise industry inside out chooses Radfield for themselves, that’s worth paying attention to.
We’re going to keep following Rob’s journey through his first year, so if you’ve ever wondered what it actually looks like to go from thinking about it to doing it, you’ll get to see it happen in real time.
Awards that actually mean something
Radfield picked up three major awards in 2025. I’m not sharing these just to show off on their behalf – I’m sharing them because they answer questions you’re probably already asking yourself.
Princess Royal Training Award 2025
HRH The Princess Royal presented this to CEO Alex Green in person. Radfield has won it twice now. That’s royal recognition that their training isn’t just “good enough” – it’s genuinely world-class. Which matters a lot when you’re stepping into an industry you might not know much about yet.
Three Consecutive Five-Star Franchisee Satisfaction Awards
Three years in a row. That means current franchise partners are genuinely happy with the support, the business model, and the culture. Not “mostly satisfied” or “it’s fine, I guess.” Actually happy. That’s rare.
Elite Franchise Top 100 (#44)
Radfield climbed to #44 in the 2026 rankings. They’re the only home care franchise with eight consecutive years in the Top 100 – which puts them in the top 5% of all UK franchises. Not just care franchises. All franchises.
So what does this mean for you?
Right now, there are people running their own Radfield offices who were sitting exactly where you were a year ago. They stopped waiting for everything to line up perfectly and started building something that genuinely matters.
Not because 2025 was the “perfect time.” Not because they had it all figured out. Because the opportunity was real, the support was proven, and they decided it was close enough to right.
If you’ve been watching Radfield from a distance, wondering if franchising is really for you – this is what the right opportunity looks like when people actually go for it. Real people. Real growth. Real proof.
Want to talk about what it could look like for you?
Let’s have that conversation. No pressure, no hard sell – just a genuine discussion about whether this could be your next chapter.
