Warm welcome to the latest edition of our Community newsletter! The July newsletter is for our staff & our clients and their families to recap on the previous month, to look forward to future plans together and be updated on any new information.
This month, we proudly celebrated four wonderful years of providing exceptional care and support across our community. It was a fantastic day filled with smiles, laughter and togetherness as we reflected on everything we’ve achieved together.
Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate and helped make the day so special!

Four years ago, we set out with a simple mission: to provide outstanding, person-centred care that makes a real difference. Thanks to our incredible team, wonderful clients and families, and the amazing Barnet & Finchley community, we’ve continued to grow with compassion, dedication and heart.
Here’s to the next chapter of delivering exceptional care, strengthening our community, and making a difference – together!

Our incredible team and their families came together for a day filled with fun, laughter, challenges and fantastic team spirit; and what a memorable day it was!
The day wasn’t just about winning games; it was about celebrating the incredible people who make Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley so special.
Seeing our team and their families enjoying time together reminded us that the best care is built on strong relationships, trust and a genuine sense of belonging.
