Barnet & Finchley July Newsletter

Warm welcome to the latest edition of our Community newsletter! The July newsletter is for our staff & our clients and their families to recap on the previous month, to look forward to future plans together and be updated on any new information.

4 years of outstanding home care!

This month, we proudly celebrated four wonderful years of providing exceptional care and support across our community. It was a fantastic day filled with smiles, laughter and togetherness as we reflected on everything we’ve achieved together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate and helped make the day so special!

July Newsletter for Barnet & Finchley

Four years ago, we set out with a simple mission: to provide outstanding, person-centred care that makes a real difference. Thanks to our incredible team, wonderful clients and families, and the amazing Barnet & Finchley community, we’ve continued to grow with compassion, dedication and heart.

Here’s to the next chapter of delivering exceptional care, strengthening our community, and making a difference – together!

Care Professional “Be There” Moments

  • Flowers in the Garden: “I noticed that she does not have any flowers around the house and I picked a few from her front garden in a nice small bouquet and place it next to her. She admired them, thanked and smiled to me.”
  • Above & Beyond Support: “Although I wasn’t working that day, I contacted the client after learning their fridge had stopped working. I offered temporary storage for their food and medication in my own fridge, helping keep them safe until the issue was resolved and providing reassurance to the client and their family.”
  • Mealtime Care: “Tried this to help her to eat better prepared the toast in the kitchen and cut into manageable pieces she said this looks lovely and it took half the time to finish her lunch.”
  • Trying New Things: “R said she didn’t taste seaweed before so I brought some roasted seaweed for her to try.”

Client & Family Feedback

  • Client Feedback: “The carers have been amazing, Put me at my ease and easy to talk to Could not have asked for better treatment, Even the management were very informative and friendly.”
