We are absolutely delighted to share that we have won the Community Engagement Award at this year’s Radfield Home Care Conference Awards.
This recognition truly reflects the heart of everything we do. Our team is driven by passion, kindness, and a genuine dedication to making a real difference every single day. From supporting our clients with compassionate care to building meaningful connections within the local Tarporley and Mid Cheshire community, this is what it’s all about.
Robert Dancy, Director of Radfield Home Care Tarporley & Mid Cheshire, attended the conference never expecting to come home with an award, which makes this achievement even more special. Winning was a wonderful surprise and a proud moment for the whole team.
This award is a testament to the success of our Reggie campaign, which has helped us create real, lasting connections across Tarporley and Mid Cheshire. To have achieved this level of impact in just six months makes us incredibly proud.
We couldn’t be happier with what has been accomplished so far and we truly believe this is just the beginning. We’re excited to continue growing, connecting, and making a positive difference in the lives of those we support through our personalised care in Tarporley and Mid Cheshire.

When choosing long-term care, there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. But for couples, live in care offers a unique benefit the ability to stay together at home.
With care homes often following set routines, live in care allows life to continue on your terms. From daily habits to favourite activities, support is tailored around you, helping maintain independence and normality in your own home in Tarporley or Mid Cheshire.
Live in care also provides consistent, one-to-one support from a dedicated Care Professional, building trust and delivering truly personalised care.
There are no set visiting times, meaning family and friends can visit whenever they like, helping everyone stay connected.
For many couples, the biggest advantage is staying in familiar surroundings, surrounded by memories. It can also be more cost-effective, as care is often priced per household rather than per person.
Above all, live in care keeps couples connected, living safely, comfortably, and together in the place they love most.

We are delighted to share that our Care Professional, Jill, has reached her three-month milestone with us. Reaching this goal is a fantastic achievement, but Jill hasn’t stopped there she has also successfully completed her Care Certificate.
The Care Certificate is a vital part of ensuring our team provides the high-quality, compassionate support our clients rely on. Well done, Jill, on your hard work and dedication to your professional development.
Growing Our Team
As our service continues to grow, we are thrilled to welcome two new Care Professionals to our local Tarporley office. Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Sophie and Catherine.
Our team is built on the principle of being there for our clients, helping them stay connected and inspired in their own homes. We are confident that Sophie and Catherine will be fantastic additions to our mission of providing exceptional care by exceptional people.
If you see our new team members out and about in the Tarporley and Mid Cheshire community, please do say hello.

Team Radfield Home Care Tarporley & Mid Cheshire is excited to announce that we are taking part in the Bear Inns’ 2026 Pub to Pub Half Marathon.
Taking place on Sunday 31st May 2026, starting at the Swan in Tarporley and ending at the Lion in Malpas, it is 13.6 miles of mixed road track and field across some of the most outstanding countryside Cheshire has to offer.
Team Radfield will work in relay and pass the baton a mini Reggie at set checkpoints.
We will be collectively raising money for CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young, Aaron Dixon Memorial Fund) and Cancer Research North West.

We can’t wait to take part and then join the celebrations at the Lion at the end for a well-earned pint, BBQ and live music.
