Radfield Home Care Celebrates Carers Week with Hawaiian BBQ

As part of this year’s Carers Week celebrations, on Tuesday, 9th June, Radfield Home Care  brought its team of dedicated Care Professionals together for a special Hawaiian-themed BBQ at  the office, hosted by Radfield’s very own chef, Dave Bellis. The event provided an opportunity to  recognise and thank the exceptional individuals who deliver compassionate care to clients across  the community every day. 

With a fantastic turnout from the team, the celebration highlighted the invaluable contribution Care Professionals make to the lives of those they support. The event also served as a moment to  acknowledge the wider Radfield Home Care team, whose behind-the-scenes efforts help ensure  the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.

Personal reflections from our Care Professionals

The event also featured personal reflections from team members about their experiences working  with Radfield Home Care. 

Karl, who joined Radfield nearly a year ago after a successful career in the corporate business  sector while living in Hong Kong, spoke positively about his transition into care said – “I am thoroughly enjoying my caring role and look forward to many more years as part of the  Radfield family,” 

Long-serving Care Professional David, who has been with Radfield for almost four years, shared  his appreciation for the organisation’s supportive culture – “I see myself as a career here at Radfield until I retire. It’s a great company to work for, with  amazing support from the girls in the office.”
