About Sam
Sam has a passion for people and is always trying to better herself and others with training and development. She lives and breathes the Radfield ethos and is a firm believer in treating people with dignity, respect and empathy.
She’s a positive, driven, proactive person, always willing to get stuck in and help any way she can. Sam makes sure that when she’s interacting with people, they feel valued and appreciated. She’s a non-stop mother to 4 children and she lives in the countryside with her partner. She enjoys walks, watching the football and spending time with her family.
Sam’s career background
Sam started in retail at the young age of fourteen. She quickly found her feet and four short years later at the age of eighteen, she became the manager of her own store. Taking on so much responsibility at a young age gave her the confidence and drive she needed to build a long and successful career.
Sam has managed many retail stores in different sectors, ranging from clothing and jewellery to convenience and bargain stores. She utilised her business acumen, experience and knowledge during her previous role to handle problematic stores, with the challenge of turning them into a successful business.
Now, Sam uses her years of experience in management and business development to support our valued franchise partners and help them to manage their businesses.
