An analyst by nature, Natasha is Radfield’s Analytics Manager, supporting the planning, management and delivery of analytics services across Radfield Home Care Franchising Ltd and its Franchise Partners.
Natasha started her analytical career as a Strategic Research Analyst for the UK’s Ministry of Defence, working with a variety of Government departments and international partners. After a decade of conducting and leading research analysis projects within the MoD, in posts located around the UK and abroad, she returned back to Shropshire in 2016.
With an eye for detail and an aptitude for developing new ways of working she joined a leading international digital marketing agency as a Content Manager, later running and growing their new international Localisation team. Managing a host of client projects, Natasha helped research and drive new business opportunities, identifying key market insights and developing trends.
Natasha joined Radfield Home Care in 2020 as a Content Manager, working on a range of projects and developing new processes to support the growth of Radfield’s marketing team. Research has always remained a clear passion and in April 2022 Natasha became Radfield’s Analytics Manager, utilising the perfect balance of her previous analytical skills and her digital marketing training. Keen to provide a solution to most analytical problems, she’s your best bet if you’re stuck on Cluedo or an occasional brain teaser.
